I sweat and strained today, but I have very few images to share of
my
work today. One of the main things I had to do was tie the fuel lines,
brake lines, and wiring harness together with aluminum clips along the
one of the chassis rails. Sheet aluminum had to be cut into strips,
bent
into shape, and drilled for mounting holes. Almost every clip was
different
in size because of the number of lines that needed to be held in place.
It was tedious work, so I didn't have energy to take pictures of the
process.
I've shown different steps of this process before, so I won't bore you
with the details. At the end of the day, I can assure you, it was
looking
neater than when I started!

The brake master cylinder was fitted in place, and the various lines
were bent into shape. As simple as this looks, it took many trial
fittings
to get everything to line up.

Other small projects included fitting this small soft fuel line to
the hard lines. It's almost too bad all these component pieces are
nicely
nickel plated Correction Silver
Cad Plated (7/09), because all this will be hidden under the car
well out of
view!

What's new in this picture? The shocks! We're getting very close to
putting the engine in!!!
