Jonathan Brent's 330GT 2+2

I found 330GT 7537 through a tip from a local dealer (Fantasy Junction) who saw it in a local paper.  It was being sold in an estate sale, so wasn't listed through the normal channels.  Two weeks later I had the prepurchase inspection, and found out the car is the second to last 'interim' 4 headlight 5 speed car, hadn't run in 21 years (still hasn't), and had low (20375) but mostly city
miles.  It was originally silver and was repainted after a ding behind the drivers door, but the paint quality is good, if a bit scratched.

Seeing promise, I put in a good bid.  After five truely agonizing weeks waiting for the court hearing, it is home in the garage.  During that time I found out the first owner had purchased it in Italy at the factory while on vacation, and had used it for daily commuting in Reno Nevada.  As he also had a Gullwing Mercedes for the weekends, the interior is in remarkably good and original shape except the driver seat and carpet, with only a little rust under the rear footwells.

The leather and wheels are cleaning up nicely, and I'm in the process of overhauling the brakes and engine as it has sat for so long.
