Ferrari 365 GTC/4 Rear suspension self levelling
Hi everyone. My 365 GTC/4 is sitting too low on the rear. It has the rear Koni self levelling shocks with an air/gas inlet. I was wondering if there is a way to fill these myself to adjust the ride hight or if they should be sent for a rebuild ? Could not find much information about how to adjust th...

Re: 365 GTC/4 US emission equipment power loss
Hi Tom, Appreciate you getting back to me on this. If you feel that the US version drives and sounds as well as the Euro version, there is no need for me to try to change anything. I just wanted to check here on the forum if there were some different opinions around this and if anyone had any advice...

365 GTC/4 US emission equipment power loss
Fix for loss of horsepower in US version of the 365 GTC/4 ? I was wondering if there is an easy way to get back the 20 horsepower loss from the emission equipment for the North American version of the GTC4. Maybe someone has done this job and has a step by step guide ? Is there a significant loss of...

Ferrari 365 GT 2+2 radiator fan noise
Problem with screeching noise from the radiator fan on my 365 GT 2+2. It is the dual type with metal blades and Marelli motor. The fan works well, it is just the noise that is not correct. I have been under the car when the fan is still going after turning off the engine to make sure it is just the ...

Ferrari 365 GT 2+2 Headlight cover
Hi everyone, I also have a Ferrari 365 GT 2+2 and was wondering if anyone here knows where to get a good headlight cover with the chrome rim. There seems to be a few Perspex options out there, but hard to find with the chrome rim. Is there also a glass version ? I know there are a few discussion abou...

Re: Exhaust popping 330GT
SOLVED !! Dual distributor points professionally timed by Ferrari specialist on the phasing machine. So I had the suspicion that something was not right with the timing of the distributors as it was also running a bit sluggish / bad acceleration. Jimmy also mentioned this as a possible problem. I f...

Re: Exhaust popping 330GT
UPDATE 2: RPM down when going off into first gear from standstill. If i go very gently into fist gear with low rev - it's fine. If I try to go into fist gear with the rev a bit high, the RPM drops quickly as it goes into gear / starts moving. So high rev / fast start into fist gear, drops the RPM v...

Re: Exhaust popping 330GT
UPDATE:
Just went for a ride. The popping is one loud pop ( like a shoot gun ), happens the moment I leave the gas pedal ( decelerate ). Somewhere in the exhaust system toward rear or middle.

Exhaust popping 330GT
Hi everyone, hope you can help with some advice for loud popping in the exhaust system. I have tried tuning the car many times, but the exhaust still pops relatively loud at decelerations. Sounds like it is somewhere under the car or more towards the rear. Tried making it leaner and richer, but can'...

Re: Vapor Lock 330GT
Appreciate all the expertise from everyone on the Vapor Lock problem. I did some more observations: Fuel Pressure: My fuel pressure is showing correct 4.5 - 5 psi. Mechanical pump stroke: I believe the stroke is good. First I attached it a bit too tight and it made a noise, I then loosened it to the...

Vapor Lock 330GT
Hi everyone, hope you have some good advice regarding Vapor Lock in 330GT. My car drives fine normally, but I get fuel supply problems once it is hot. It typically happens if I get stuck in traffic or have to stop for a bit after a long drive. The fuel bowl at the front goes empty or runs very low. ...

Re: Electrical Board - Ignition problems
Solved! I have now cleaned up and fitted a new connector block ( see picture ). I got a good quality Bakelite Connector Block TR ( Testarossa ), fits perfectly and looks the part.( Not sure if my old one was the original Connector Block ) Also like Kerry mentioned the rivet holding the top F spade (...

Re: Electrical Board - Ignition problems
Thanks Jimmy and Tom.
Yes, I will go through all the connections, clean them up properly and protect with dielectric grease. This one was worse than expected.

Re: Electrical Board - Ignition problems
Thanks for all the advice, will definitely purchase the diagrams from Kerry! BLOCK C was a strong weak point ! I started opening block C on the picture as this seemed corroded. When trying to undo the screws I realised that it was very bad on the upper part where the green cable goes in. The top scr...

Re: Electrical Board - Ignition problems
Hi Kerry, Thank you for your comments on this. The top F brown/orange cable was the one that had some corrosion and I just changed it for a new spade connector ( the one going into the Regulator fuse ). So you are right in that there could be further problems on this connection. I will check if anyt...
