Re: Plug wire installation
Thanks for all the support, I have both sets done and it gets easier with experience. I found an old bottle of GM Silicon Emulsion, it is a silicon paste . If i coated it with that it would stay on longer than the spray and helped a lot. I also used a guide wire for a few to help pull it through. Fu...

Plug wire installation
Hello all, After removing the spark plug wires out of their guide tubes and getting the tubes wrinkle coated I am having a hell of a time getting the wires all tucked into the tubes again. They are Packard 7mm wires and look like the same diameter as the ones previous but I am having real trouble ge...

Re: Fuse board junction/terminal/connector
I think I got one of those from Tom Vail, it came in a strip you can cut a section off.
Ask for David, maybe he remembers if he has more.

Re: wiper motor source
Do not use the Ebay guy, it is East Coast Jaguar that does his work. I sent him my water pumps and he only sent one back .
Still fighting to get the other one back since May. Now I need to find a water pump for my series 1 330 GT.

Re: Yellow Hoses Locations / lengths
Thank you for your help , I have it all figured out now. I also found I can buy complete hoses from Maranello Classics with new fittings very reasonably considering they are complete and bolt on.
I am going to do the brown hoses next by they are not hard to figure those ones out.
Thanks again, Rob.

I have the the hoses in the rear by the tank all figured out , but because I did not remove the hoses under the hood I am not quite sure where some of them go. Re: Metal dash color
Thanks for the information but I actually had some lifting in areas and we needed to sand it
down a bit .
Luckily they finished the front and the back of the wood so we have an excellent sample of
the original finish. I am still working on it so I can post a photo when it is done .

I have seen other cars with similar type of cover , my 1967 230 sl looks the
same but taller .
I will keep looking at other cars and if I have no luck I get some made.
Thanks, Rob
