Re: Oil Pressure Regulator Question
To get back to the original topic, I pulled out the oil pressure regulator for my PF coupe, intending to measure the spring. Well, there is no spring in mine, so once we figure out what size it should be, I'll need one too. Kerry - Thank you for trying to get the spring dimensions, I appreciate tha...

Oil Pressure Regulator Question
My 250 engine seems to have excessively high oil pressure, well over 100 psig cold, and 80 psig warm idle. I've adjusted the regulator, however it looks like the regulator spring is binding up in the regulator piston cup. It appears the spring outside diameter is too large, causing the binding probl...

Looking for a good used matching pair of window cranks for GTE, or singles to match one of mine. Have two, they don't match.

Re: 330 GT brake lines - group buy??
On my GTE, the brake lines were copper plated steel. I made 100% new lines for the entire car from steel, and had a flash coat of copper put on by the platers. Yes, there is a combo of metric and SAE fittings sometimes on the same line, and different types of flares used. I agree with Tom that the l...

Re: Parking brake cable
Ed - You could try GT Car Parts here in Phoenix. Not the most pleasant people to deal with, but they did have the inner cable and cable housing by the foot for my car.

Keys CEAM/TORINO. My perspective.
I'm sure I'm not the only guy having problems getting replacement keys for a GTE. I have one original black plastic handle CEAM/TORINO key that fits the ignition switch, driver door, trunk, and gas door lock (all keyed the same). I know Mccann sells the black plastic handle CEAM/TORINO key blanks, h...

GTE Fender liner seal.
Can anyone please tell what direction the sponge rubber seal goes on the front inner fender liners? There is a wide side and short side to the seal. Does the wide side go toward the headlight side of the panel or the wheel side? Thanks.

Re: GTE Muffler Question
Update. I finished welding the mufflers all back together with about 75% as much new fiberglass stuffed inside. Not easy to do, by the way. To me the sound is much better, louder at idle and low RPM's than before, and I'm fairly happy with the result, but it was a lot of work.

Re: 250 GTE Spark Plug Question
Hi Jim - The Champion N3's are all over the internet, and are easy to find. A lot of motorcycle stores sell them, too. Google search for them. They make a N3-C (copper?) plug too. After reading more info on this forum on plugs, I think maybe the N-3's aren't the best choice in my 250. In fact they a...

Re: 250 GTE Spark Plug Question
Jim - You're right. I rotated the engine a small amount, and the BP5ES plug went in without hitting. I guess I lucked out or I may have smashed all 12 plugs/pistons. Will stick with the N-3's for now.
