Re: Fuel Tank insulating washers
Thanks for all the information , I will make up a few insulators for the tank . I have the old hardened ones to copy. The vertical position should fall into place when the washers and insulators are installed I hope. I will put the filler neck in place to be sure the alignment is proper. I would app...

Fuel Tank insulating washers
' Happy Holidays everyone. Re: 1964 330 series 1 I have been trying to match up some insulators that go with the washers for the bolts to hold the gas tank in place. I cannot find any that are thick enough and I really don't want to "double them up " to make the right thickness. The ones currently o...

Re: Trunk latch
There is a noticeable protrusion on mine that is not on your's . That is why it stays open that amount for me.
This must be from a different model Ferrari , anybody have an extra Latch.
I think this one could be made into the proper one with a little work. Thanks for the pictures.
Rob.

Re: Trunk latch
That is possible, it was disassembled when we have it refinished.
I will try to switch it in the morning but that sounds like the best explanation.
Thanks guys I will let you know in the morning . Rob.

Re: Trunk latch
The latch is on the trunk lid and the striker is on the rear panel. We tried adjusting all we are allowed . Something is not right . The striker is the original because I remember that on the car when I got it so my thought is the latch my be from a similar looking latch but from another model . Rob

Re: Trunk latch
The problem I am having is the trunk will not go down all the way , it stays up about an inch. We are scratching our heads because it latches but stays up a bit . We tried it on another 330gt that is missing the trunk latch with the same results. The rubber removed gives us the same results. Can I g...

Trunk latch
Hello everyone, I am having some troubles with my trunk latch , I can't seem to get the trunk to come down far enough. Is it the wrong latch ? It came with the car but I can't remember if it was on it or came loose. The striker is correct , we took it off when we dismantled the car . I looked at som...

Re: Bumper insulators
Thanks Tom, the 2 that fit are half that size . I can make a couple more using the ones I have .
They all came with the car but not on it ,, so 2 are not for this car.

Re: Bumper insulators
I have all the hardware figured out but I still have a problem . It appears that 2 of the bumper brackets are wrong , 2 of them will work on the front or back but 2 will not. Are the bumper brackets the same front and rear ? If they are I can replicate them , if they are different maybe someone can ...

Re: Bumper insulators
I did not see any Marrone ones, the color card didn't have any cars to go with it.
There are a lot of really nice color choices .
