Hi Guys,

For wire wheels, the spokes are either chromed, or stainless steel. The rims are aluminum, and should be polished with aluminum polish, or buffed with a buffing wheel.

For solid wheels, I think they're magnesium, or aluminum, but they're sometimes painted. Treat them accordingly.

Hi Koll, I owe so much to all of the craftsmen who've taken the time to teach me all that I've learned. This knowledge is even more valuable when I find very little information out there in books or the Internet. In the old days, apprentiship programs passed on this knowledge from craftsmen to appre...

Hi Mark, You want to know why these cars are rising price? IMO they're great cars! I managed to find some time to drive my 330 America yesterday, and simply had a ball! She pulls like a freight train, makes a hair raising howl at 6000 rpm, and has room to boot! (All that sitting in a sagging old sea...

The Barracuda story: A buddy of mine lived in Jersey City, and used a parking garage near the train station. One day while visiting him, he showed me this white '65 Plymouth Barracuda covered in dust in the garage. It had an inspection sticker from three years ago, and New Jersey plates. We guessed ...

Hi David, I studied photography at Pratt in Brooklyn, and in the parking lot was a Chrysler New Yorker with a Hemi in it. I'm not sure what year it was, but it was a fifties vintage model with a big rounded body. It looked like it had been abandoned in the parking lot, but a faded "for sale" sign sa...

I'm going to "stick" this message to the top for a little while to help Tom sell some of these Jack plugs. Last I heard, he has 10 sets left!

Hi Deb,

You're welcome. I hope we can find a good home for that car!

These posts are probably from dealers trying to see if there is any interest in your car. If they can get a buyer on the line, they'll offer you a wholesale amount and make a little monry brokering the deal.
