Re: Daytona Brake Caliper Rebuild
With pistons really stuck I use a grease gun to get them out. I modified some bleeders to take the gun hose and others to close off openings, e.g. for brake lines. This works quite well for stuck pistons which cannot be removed by air. You just have to make 100% sure that no grease remains on parts ...

Ferrari 250 GTE Gathering in the Uk
Suzie Pilkington in the UK organised a 250 GTE gathering. It included a visit to Bob Houghton and the Classic Motor hub. It was gorgeous! Great cars, great organisation and great people. Well done, Suzie! Overall 15 GTE‘s attended with lots of other Ferrari cars at the places we visited. If you want...

Re: Rear gearbox shaft seal
Thanks Tom. I will try this if necessary. I had a long drive yesterday and no further leak. At the moment I keep fingers cross that I do not have to do it. I know the speedisleeves, they are great to repair running sealing surfaces. Can also really recommend them. All the best and a happy easter Chr...

I do have a small leak from the rear gearbox seal at the drive shaft end and am thinking of changig it again. Now my question. I would love to not take out seats and gearbox tunnel again to do it....

Thanks to Marcel Massini it could be #11785. Here the info we got from him. Color is the right one.
Might be #11785, originally Celeste/black and RHD.
New to dealer Contac in Johannesburg. Delivered to LISSOOS.
Anybody who knows where this car is today?
Thanks
Christopher

Re: 330GT Front suspension
Hi Keith, the spring has some pressure, so better be carefull. You might be able to dismount it with a jack but it is risky. I would suggest to build yourself a simple spring compressor. I used parts of an Austin Mini compressor and a Hazet part - see photos. I can provide parts numbers if you are i...
