I’m in need of a hood badge for my S2 330 GT. I would be interested in purchasing if this is indeed the correct badge.

Re: Personal Thanks
Tom,
I’ve been following your car’s story since 2015 when I stumbled upon Tom’s podcasts. I’m excited to see your project close to the finish line.

330 GTC project
Curious to see what you guys think about the 330 GTC currently being auctioned on Bring a Trailer. Seems like a good candidate for restoration. I’m unfortunately only allowed one Ferrari project at a time.

Re: Cleaning headliner
Thanks Michael. I’ll have to try that. They do droop a bit.

Re: Cleaning headliner
Chrome is rusted. I’ll try the polish to see if that helps.
Thanks!

Re: Cleaning headliner
The Simple green worked really well at getting out most of the stains. I diluted it 10/1 and used a toothbrush on some of the darker stains.

Cleaning headliner
Looking for recommendations for what to use to take light stains out of my headliner. It is relatively good condition other than the stains and I would like to avoid replacing it. I know that Tom had used Simply Green and had some success. Start with soap and water?

Re: 330 SII fuel tank
As I’m reading this, I realized the best place for the stands is probably where the lift arms are.

Re: 330 SII fuel tank
Could somebody point out the best place for rear jack stands on the attached picture? I believe this is a four headlight car in the picture but the undercarriage looks identical to mine. I have read on this forum that the differential can be used as a jack point. 641A2BE8-B535-4D38-8902-B1DE8D945614...

Re: Ignition system
Here is my data point for “Regal Red” coil paint. I just cleaned up the resistors no paint.

Re: Ignition system
Thanks Tim,
It appears one of my resistors is bad reading 9 ohms. Both coils and the other resistor are 1.5ohms. I’ll try to clean up the contact points to see if it needs to be replaced.

Re: Ignition system
Tom, I have their original Magnet Marelli coils. Are they something that can be serviced/rebuilt?
Leaning towards using the Rajah terminal connector. I have heard mixed opinions on solder type vs non-solder using the solid core wires. Any opinions from the forum?
