I wasn’t able to get the dents out but I’m pretty happy with the final result.

Re: Air filter assembly
Both good points. I’ve had some success with sand paper. Just time consuming. I’ll give the dent removal guy a call. I’ll just leave out the Ferrari detail

Air filter assembly
Any ideas on how to get these dents out of my air filter assembly? They’re in a tough spot on one of the intakes. Looks like it was somehow crushed at some point. Also any thoughts on powder coating vs spray paint after bead blasting? DECA2367-DFC1-417C-9265-2AEFBEE6453B.jpeg 59ECDF0D-CCA5-4083-BB6A...

After the epoxy set, I used a razor to scrape off the excess epoxy before sanding. Stained the wood and used a spray on poly...

Steering wheel
Just took delivery on my car on Friday and am easing into the restoration with some small projects. My first goal is to restore the steering wheel. I’ve discover a split in the wood along the top third of the wheel that has been exposed to the sun. It’s a sizable crack maybe 2mm. I was thinking abou...
