BTW, leather is the proper covering for the console.

Re: 250 PF Coupe rear view mirror and hanger
A contact of mine in New Zealand is restoring a 250 PF Coupe. Does anyone have any idea of the shape / pictures of the original hanger for the rear view mirror please? . I think it needs to accommodate a wire for the mirror light We've scoured the internet looking at pictures of interiors but can't...

Re: 330 door mirrors
Talbot mirrors were pretty common and still being made (http://www.talbotco.com/talbot_mirror.htm). The other common mirror was what eventually became standard on Daytonas.

Re: 330 door mirrors
I have mirrors on both sides of all of my cars. As I get older, it gets harder to turn my neck and body, so I really depend on the mirrors on both sides. When I first got the 330 running 40 years ago, it only had the driver's side mirror. Eventually, I found a matching mirror and installed it on the...

Re: 330 GTC heater ducting
... Kerry, do you remember the manufacturer of the ducting you used? And did you end up using a lot of duct tape to make all the fitting work? I’d ask for photos but I don’t want to ask anyone to take off a wheel and fender liners for photos. I have no desire to show the car for judging and so orig...

That's exactly what I did on my 330 GT for exactly the same reason.

Re: Yellow Hoses Locations / lengths
The early 330 GTs had 2 fuel filter/regulators in the engine compartment. The original parts manual shows this configuration: Picture2.jpg By the time the interim model (4 HL,5 speed) manual (05/66) came out, Ferrari had eliminated the filter/regulator on the firewall. Sometime later, they changed t...

Re: Color code for 365 gt 2+2
See http://www.330gt.com/Encyclopedia/PaintColors.htm for several paint chips sets from the 60s. The color you mention is actually in the Scaglietti chip set, so would have not been on a 365 as they were made by Pininfarina.

Re: Pedal box disassembly
... The explosion drawing is very helpful, out of which manual is it? I have a lot of documentation but I see such explosion drawings time to time which I miss - is there a parts book or something like that? Thank you and best regards, Martin That exploded drawing is from the 330 GT parts manual. T...

Re: 330 engine front cover stud
In general, Ferrari used studs with a coarser thread for the block end and then a finer thread for the nut end. This gives better threads for the end screwed into the aluminum block.

Re: Transmission Tunnel Removal
On A 330 GT, it is possible to remove the plate for access to the filler and see the transmission number. TransmissionAccess_small.jpg TransmissionSideSN2_small.jpg Still requires removing the driver's seat and pulling up the tunnel cover on that side. What other car than a Ferrari would require a s...

Yes, that was an error. #14 should have been fog lights. I replaced the drawing in the previous post with a corrected one.
