Radiator blind needed
Hi there, I removed my radiotor to put a new mesh inside as the old one leaked from time to time - so far so good. When dismounting the radiotor I realised that my radiator blind is missing. The bowden cable is there, but the blind itself not. Does anyone have a pic how this piece looks like? Does a...

Re: original light switch for 250 GTE needed
Yes, the console switch. I received help already - thank you Cornelis. My switch seemed to be from a later model or even Lancia as it has a green plastic ring that can be iluminated (was not iluminated in my car). see the pictures, they explain probably best. The new switch (picture with switch only...

Re: Knob Paint Removal
I do not know the material but I polished them with my polishing machine. I used the softest disc and the finest polishing wax - see the result - it worked great. After polishing I painted the letters in white, took colour clenser to remove the colour from where it should not be. Did this quite fast...

Re: Rear Bumper 250GT
Tom,
I placed a piece of a 3mm rubber mat between the bumber heads and the car body. This worked very well and avoided any scartching. A helper is needed though unless you want to make some body exercises in repeatetly laying down to fix screws and getting up to see if the fit is perfect.
Good luck!

Re: electrical contact at steering column
Hello Ed, thank you for the picture. I currently exchange the glasses of my speedometer and the other instruments and had to tilt down the steering column therefor. I need to check this after repositioning the steering column again. I will compare to yours and then see whether there is something bro...

electrical contact at steering column
Hello there, can anybody tell how this contact at the steering column should look like? Is there a coal-brush missing or how should the brass bracket be conected to the steering column? The brass bracket does not touch the steering column as it is now, but the brush marks indicate that there must ha...

Re: Isolation material
Hello Christopher, I am quite close from Austria and also think about a modern material with all the advantages of decades of product development. My idea is to put an alubutyl foil right on the aloy of the prop shaft tunnel to reduce vibrations and on top a fiberglas mat to reduce heat: http://vi.v...

Rear lights 250 GTE series II
Hello,
I have my rear lights re-chromed and needed to remove the plastic inlets which hold the bulp. Unfortunately they are not in best shape. Does anyone know where to get replacements?
regards, Martin Melchior
