Re: 40DCZ6 Carb Kits
Tim, Thank you for the advice regarding 'milling' the bases. Once I get them off and determine the specific condition of the bases ... if it is determined that they are in need of some attention in that area, I will definitely consult a specialist like Pierce prior to undertaking the removal of meta...

Re: 40DCZ6 Carb Kits
Thanks Tom ... I'll let you know what we find when we get them torn down! Based on the mileage on the car however, I'm not expecting any nasty surprises with the throttle shafts and if the base plates are warped from the fire, I should be able to mill them down marginally if they are warped. I'll le...

Re: 40DCZ6 Carb Kits
I just spoke with Mary at Pierce and she was FANTASTIC to deal with. They had both re-gasket kits as well as full re-build kits on the shelf and ready to go. She processed the order straight away and they are on the way for next week!
Thanks Tom,
John

40DCZ6 Carb Kits
Does anyone have any suggestions as to who may have carb kits available for the 40DCZ6 carbs in North America? I see that they are available through www.superformance.com.uk in the United Kingdom as well as through www.okp.de in Germany, however I have been unable to source them in the US. I have tr...

Re: 330 trunk carpet/material
I just received some parts from the guys at 'Italian Car Parts' in West Linn, Oregon and within the catalogue that came with my order I noticed that they offer carpet & trunk carpet sets. It may be worth a look ... www.italiancarparts.com & apparently they are found by clicking on 'Floor Mats' (or 5...

I believe Kerry Chesboro has the full wiring diagram(s) that would give you the breakdown that you are looking for. www.330gt.com

Re: Weber Carb Linkage Retainer Clips
They are simply black metal ... not the zinc coated (or galvanized) versions as shown in the 'Teile-Profis.de' photo.

Re: Weber Carb Linkage Retainer Clips
I just wanted to say that I just received the Weber linkage clips today that I had ordered from Midwest-Bayless last week and the company was absolutely great to deal with ... they were helpful & knowledgable, they shipped the order out the same day and didn't charge the 'Ferrari Tax'. Overall a gre...

Re: Weber Carb Linkage Retainer Clips
Thanks guys ... I ordered a replacement set (plus a spare for the one that I am missing) from Midwest-Bayless this morning. It was seamless & they were genuinely helpful. With the Lancia part number, I was also able to find them available at http://www.eurospares.co.uk (for those of you who may be i...

Re: Weber Carb Linkage Retainer Clips
I too thought that Pierce Manifolds would have been a 'slam-dunk' for having these particular retainer clips in stock, but unfortunately they do not stock these ones.

Weber Carb Linkage Retainer Clips
Does anyone know where I can purchase a package of the Weber Carb Linkage Retainer Clips (pictured) short of going straight to Germany? I am missing one and would like to have a few spares for down the road as well.
Thanks,
John

Re: found some mystery parts
Lukek, I would be interested in purchasing the rubber fuel filler flap and the makeshift knock off tool from you if you are interested in selling the items. I just purchased a 1960 250 GTE Series I about a month ago now and am busy trying to piece together the few items that I know I am missing. My ...
