Re: 330GTC radiator hoses
I would agree with GT Car Parts in AZ, but that's only if he returns your calls! Bill, just like Geof at Partsource are one man or two men operations so they prioritize calls. T Rutlands has a few more people on staff, but not all of them are physically in the facility in Monterey or Wisconsin. You ...

Re: Rear axle drop stop
Kerry had the luxury of working on a SII 330 that has less leafs in the spring because his car has the additional coil springs to support the vehicle. Earlier cars like SI 250GTEs and early 250s have many more leafs for the rear spring putting a lot of tension on the shackle. I don't think it could ...

Re: Rear axle droop stop
I should add the length of these cables are very important, as the description states, they limit the drop of the rear axle when the rear axle becomes unsprung. The rear shackles can go over center if the axle is dropped too far: http://tomyang.net/wp-content/uploads/2022/04/4151_60.jpg Here's a pic...

Re: Ferrari 365 GTC/4 Rear suspension self levelling
Hi Chris, Chances are the load levelers have failed. I can't recall if the original load levelers had a schrader valve on the top as you pictured, but I'm pretty sure if you try to add air, it may be more air pressure than what you can add at home. I've heard so many stories about people rebuilding ...

also, the underside of the hood is painted semigloss black, but is closer to mat than gloss. That holds true for much of the semigloss black on the car.

Semi gloss black on the inside of the trunk too. Inside of the fuel filler door is body color.

Re: Who repairs Vegilia clocks; have one for sale?
George is looking for a clock to fit in a 330GTC, Cornelis' clock is for 250 cars and won't fit the 330GTC. The GTC has a chrome ring and plastic hood. They came in 330GT 2+2s as well.

Re: Walt Merlin’s auction
I met Walter Medlin years ago and it's a good story. The stories about his collection of cars in Orlando and how the hurricane blew the roof off his building exposing his secret collection was legend, and I wanted to meet him in person. His brother was in touch with me through the website and shared...

Hi Chris,
Much to my wife's chagrin, I managed to make out washing machine last years beyond it's normal service life until the tub rusted out! Try as I might, some things will eventually have to be thrown away!

Re: Need Wiring Diagram GTE
Tom, Laurie Sparke 1961 250 GTE, Australia you may remember. I have no power to the fog lamp switch or fuse. Which of the 5 relays provides the power? Thanks, Laurie HI Laurie, The fog light is not a relay for the GTE. Are your interior lights working? There is a wire that feeds that circuit from a...

Re: Rebuilding a pedal box and other parts
In a world where everything seems to be made to be thrown away, it's satisfying to work on things that can be rebuilt and re-used to as new condition. I also feel I'm not contributing to the piles of things we throw away to buy new things, only for it to break, so we have to buy more. It's a vicious...

Re: Where to go for painting Ferrari vintage wheels
Hi Drew, I've had mixed results with wheels. I have not done a set of "concours" wheels in the sense of exact color matching and degree of gloss, or lack of. You can imagine the rabbit hole of choices and opinions that are out there. I think your Boxer wheels also have decals on the rim? I've been h...
