Hi, I used a company called HPC in Salt Lake City. They coated them in a satin black hi temp material and coated the inside as well. The inside coating reduces outside temps by many degrees and also keeps further interior erosion from occurring. They are VERY durable and look terrific. They did all ...

I found while rebuilding my pump that there was excessive wear on the actuating lever cross shaft and this diminished the effective stroke. The engine would not run on what little fuel was being pumped. The cure was to use an oversized shaft and pin it at each end so that it won't move. The pump has...

I agree with Tom. It will be much cheaper in the long run to spend the money up front and get a good one rather than a fixer upper. You can very quickly find yourself upside down in a restoration.
Been there done it.

I use an Interstate truck battery group 27F and slapped a Magneti Marelli sticker from Parker Hall on it. Looks great! Between drives I disconnect the battery via a quick disconnect. I have not had any problems for over 2 years.

I just recieved a reply from Sen Florez, the author of SB708. He says this is a work in progress and that he is working with the car clubs to ensure that there is an exemption for collector cars that are driven less than 12,000/yr. He states that he has been in contact with Jay Leno concerning this ...

Try using black vinyl door edging. you can get it at most any auto supply house. I used it and you can't tell it from the original stuff and it will last longer.

Something else to consider. Spend the extra money and buy tubes that have threaded valve stems all the way down. You can secure them to the wheel with the retainer cups. This will prevent the the tube from shifting around. The cups are available from Parker Hall. The tubes I got were from classic ti...

Modern tire machines should have plastic covers for the clamping devices.
If they don't go else where.

Enrique, Keith Bluemel's book "original Ferrari V12 65 to 73" has paint codes for most models. Page 59 starts the chapter on 330GTC's. Keith states that 330GTC colors are the same as 275 GTB colors. There are carpet and upholstery color references too. Hope this helps. You can get the book from Moto...
