Thanks for all the encouragement, yes I am lucky to have a nice original interior, attached are photos of the day I picked it up, notice the windshield trim piece on the front seat, I just got that installed today with a new seal...whata B****h that was! my fingers are still very sore and my assista...

Thank you for the welcome Tom, and the tip on removing the horn button. In regards to the flywheel and pressure plate tourque values, I suppose I can use about 25 ft Lbs, which is about right for the 8mm bolts but if there is some factory value, I'd like to apply it. GTC revival

Attached are some progress photos of the revival of a newly aquired GTC. I'm doing a clutch job and the flywheel needs resurfacing, it looks worse than it is and I'll bet no more than .010" will be needed to clean it up. Notice the ring gear, extremely worn, each tooth is 1/2 way worn through into 1...
