Michael, what shope did you use to have the core replaced? I would like to pursue this for my car!

For those of you who want to keep your original Lucas fans and wiper motors stock, these guys in the UK do a great job for total restoration of the motors. I,ll be sending mine to them shortly, but thru my checking, all recommendations have been very high.

lucas fans
michael, ref the lucas fans, u mentioned u made them run right and adjusted for max air flow. Can u explain what you mean by run right ? Also .... max air flow....how did u determine this. or adjust for this? thanks for the info....i am getting my lucas motors back this week as they have been restor...

Michael, i would like to see a pic of your new set up if you can? I'm in the process of deciding to take my rad out and was thinking of something more efficient.

Washer pump
my original washer pump motor is mounted below the battery box and is a VDO type - germany brand. seems that the original one went bad and someone added a second one and left the original in place (lucky for me) . In searching for another original VDO, i found an almost duplicate one for the BMW 196...
