I have a 365 GT 2+2 #12451 which has a power sunroof that I believe is a Webasto brand. Mine is a US production vehicle ordered by Modern Classic Motors. Gerald Roush knows of two other 365GT 2+2's with roofs, #11607 and #11745 - both originally Italian market cars.
Does anyone have a contact for the other two 365's with roofs?
Also, does anyone have a Pininfarina contact that would be willing to prove, one way or the other, if these were Pininfarina installed? My installation seems far too perfect to be dealer-done and I am convinced it was original. I wrote to Pininfarina, in Italian, but no answer. Does anyone have a personal contact who would be willing to check the archives? Ferrari USA was no help.

I've got a sunroof on my 330 2+2 and will soon know if it's "original", since I've made contact with the deceased first owner's granddaughter and she has promised me scans of family photos of my car from when it was new. Like yours, Jim, mine is almost too well done to be an addon. There was nothing about it on my build sheets but then they are about 30% illegible. The photos will tell the real story.
Wherever it came from, I would eventually like to get it operating again--the motor still works but the cables and other mechanical parts are shot.

Pininfarina has a website and email address:
www.pininfarina.it
pfh@pininfarina.it
I asked about the sunroof on my PF coupe. They answered quickly, but said that they didn't have any information on it.
Since Ferrari just did the mechanicals, the build sheet doesn't ever address body features like sunroofs, seat belts, luggage shelves, etc.
Try PF by email. Nothing to lose.
