i thought that the readership of tom's forum might have a few clues or leads....I am posting this request on behalf of someone else. All help would be greatly appreciated.
"I AM THE OWNER OF MIKE'S FERRARI GIVEN TO HIM BY THE FERRARI FACTORY FOR HIS PERSONAL USE TO COMMUTE TO RACES IN EUROPE.IT IS A FERRARI 212 SERIAL # 143E, THERE WAS A ROAD TEST DONE OF THE CAR IN MOTOR SPORT SEPT 1953.THE CAR IS UNDERGOING A TOTAL RESTORATION AND HAS BEEN INVITED TO THIS YEARS PEBBLE BEACH CONCOURSE. I AM TRYING TO LOCATE ORIGINAL PHOTOS OF THE CAR; I THOUGHT THAT YOU MAY BE ABLE TO HELP OR PUT ME IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE WHO HELP. THANKS"
