A lot better prospect than the 330 barn find, don't you think.

That's the best "project" car I've ever seen! Or at least a project car that is advertised as such!

$30K?

What is up here? How can a "project" like this (a nice one, sure) be at this level? Is the market moving on the old 2+2 V12s or what? What are the odds it is being bid up by someone about to part out that fresh little drivetrain.

Could someone wiser than I please help me out here?

Hi Mark,

You want to know why these cars are rising price?

IMO they're great cars! I managed to find some time to drive my 330 America yesterday, and simply had a ball! She pulls like a freight train, makes a hair raising howl at 6000 rpm, and has room to boot! (All that sitting in a sagging old seat that has me peering out between the dash and the steering wheel!)

What's not to love?

I'm not rich, so it's the cheapest way to experience the allure of a Vintage Ferrari V-12!

It's weird - the 250 GTE's seem to be getting lots of bids while the 330's languish. That the guy on Long Island is still having trouble selling '67 330 GT 10165. He just relisted it on eBay for $35k.
