Keys CEAM/TORINO. My perspective.
I'm sure I'm not the only guy having problems getting replacement keys for a GTE. I have one original black plastic handle CEAM/TORINO key that fits the ignition switch, driver door, trunk, and gas door lock (all keyed the same). I know Mccann sells the black plastic handle CEAM/TORINO key blanks, however the ones he has are the wrong profile for early 250's and don't fit my locks. However, Key-Men sells a blank with the right profile but it does not have a plastic handle, their part number GT-2. Also Mad Ent. has a blank for $95, not sure if it's the right one. So of course I'm going to make a mold of the original key handle, and mold new black plastic handles onto the GT-2 blanks. It's not about the money...

MAD (Mike Dunn) will mold heads on your keys. I had him do some for my 330 GT. See http://www.madenterprise.com/catalog/ru ... cparts.htm under the KNOBS section.

If you can get a group rate, I will certainly buy some.

I purchased key blanks some yrs ago for my 330GTS from keys4classics.com (in Australia). I remember them being responsive, and they work off emailed close-up photos of your original keys, plus any code #'s on the keys. I also remember it being relative inexpensive. They might not have the molded plastic styles, but it sounds like you have a solution to that problem. Best of luck.
