Mike Dunn sold the business and it is now known as PR Products. I bought oil breather tubes through PR, though I'm not sure how much they are producing all the parts Mike had. They still have the shock boots listed: (http://prproducts.net/plastics-and-rubbers) on the website, but I don't know if they actually have them available.

Hi Dieter, I'm sure PRP will have those and they will be correct. But if they do not let me know and I'll dig up my records to see where I got mine.

Hello John,

I just received the message that PR Products can not manufacture them any more. Here the reason as a copy from my enquiry-email:

"I am so sorry. Due to the product I use of having cancer causing products while being made the state of California has deemed it wrong that I have those shipped to me and I can no longer make them."

So if you know another source I would be very happy.

Dieter, as obscure as this may seem, upon advice from a poster here, a John Viveros who was restoring his Konis as well at the time, I contacted a wcmotorsport.com in Walpole, Mass and got the boots you see here.

Tonight, looking at a receipt of November 2008 so I can find the part number for you, I see that there aren’t any on the receipt. It just says “Black Shock Boots, $15 pair”.

Sorry, I cannot tell you any more than this.

John, your picture was valuable, because I could see the bellows do not need to go down the full length. I spent again a few hours on internet research about rubber bellows. I could find a catalogue from a supplier here in europe (no webshop). It looks like he has one model likely to fit. I will order a pair and let you all know if it is about the right part (hopefully). If it fits I will publish the contact and part number.

For the moment thanks to all for your efforts!

Yesterday I received my rubber bellows. So I started to assemble my rear shocks. The larger diameter fits well, the small dia at the rod was a bit to large. So I glued the rubber to the rod and used a cable strap to tighten See below pics showing the shock in both end positions. I had to punch a few holes in the lower crease for air escapement.
The manufacturer is Halltech in Germany, Item F3056 NBR, cost about $50 for a pair.
