Rear window latch

I have a broken right rear window latch. Where can i find the pieces or a complete latch. Here are the dimensions, but the rear tab is missing. thanks for any help

For Miura SV or Ferrari ?
lancia Flavia use the same I think like the Miura SV, but not for Ferrari.
