Daytona Air Injectors

I am trying to remove the air injectors. The nuts are hard to reach as they go into the manifold and over the years, being so close to the exhaust headers, are ceased on. I have tryed Liquid Wrench with no luck. Any thing I am missing here. Should I be attacking this job from under the car. Thanks
