What is the group size and post orientation for a 330 GTC? I have used interstate and bosch in the past as they don't look too bad for a modern battery. My car is has been in storage for a bit and I need to show up with a fresh battery.

I forget whether it is a Group 24 or 27, but the posts are positioned closest to the firewall and the positive post is toward the fender. It is illustated on page 89 of the Owners Manual. To get the correct orientation, you may need a 24F or 27F. This stands for "Ford", and reverses the posts compared to a regular 24 or 27. Make sure your cables are long enough to fit this arrangement, as over time people tend to cut and shorten cables.
