330GT Door stop strap ?

Kerry has been examining my 330GT Series II with his microscopic eye.

My car has bolts that attach the door stop straps to the body as shown in the photo.

Kerry thinks that this should not be a bolt but rather a clevis pin with no washers, just a cotter key.

I would appreciate it if a couple of 330GT II owners could look at their cars and post a short email to confirm Kerry's assessment.
I would also like to know what type of finish is on this pin.

ACE hardware has clevis pins, but their heads have a very narrow shoulder, and I would not be comfortable using them without an additional washer.
They are also zinc or whatever cheap bolts are finished with.

Anyone know of a better source of the proper pin?

Have you seen my post yesterday on these checkstraps?

I'd like to know what pin is used too, as mine are completely missing. Once we know what it should look like I'm gonna turn some down on my lathe, so your most welcome to a set, but I need to know exact sizes, length, diameter, head diameter, thickness of head etc

Can you check the radius/bend in your arms and let me know which is correct in the pictures in my other post. Many thanks.

PS, the check straps I got off ebay had paint on them. The exact colour of your car!
