330 GT Fog light question

As I was pulling my AC parts, I came across an unattached harness near the drivers front behind the grill. it is held in my one of those old metal ties. It is powered by the switch shown in the pic near my front door jamb (which by the way I only found today after discovering the wiring harness and looking for the power source!)
See also the chrome fender plugs.
Did my car come with fog lights from the factory or were they added?
I dont know that I have seen a late SII with fog lights- so If I decided to put them on, what type? If anyone has a pic, I would love to see
my car has the carello headlights, so would these fogs be round? rectangular? marchal, cibie, or does it not matter? yellow v clear??

Enzo with his 330 and fog lights. I think am going back to how my car was equipped when it was with its long term Arizona engineer owner!

The interim cars and non-A/C series II cars (with center rocker switches) typically came with a fog light switch (marked "F") in the dash, to the left of the rocker switches (opposite the cigarette lighter). It seems extremely rare for any of the 330 GT's to have fog lights, so I'm not sure why they included the switch. I don't know if S2 A/C cars (with driver side rocker switches) had a switch included.

Aesthetically, the fog lights in the S2 photo look much better than I would have thought, though I still probably prefer it without them. For what it's worth, I don't think yellow would look good.

Easy answer. Ferrari had to put in ignition switches that locked the steering due to US regulations. Problem: Pininfarina were now left with a big hole where the ignition switch used to be in their existing stock of dashes. Solution: F (fog light) switch mounted with a large washer on all cars regardless if fog lights or not. This continued until PF used up the stock of the 2 vent dashes (~8250). A/C cars had to have the three vent dash for the evaporator to fit, thus no hole to be filled.
