330 GT Cabin Blower Motor

Post by Lowell »

In searching the web, I found that Tom had discovered a Spal replacement for the Smiths blower for fresh cabin air.

Tom, could you post what this replacement is exactly? How strong was it --- i.e. did it make a noticeable wind in the cabin?

Anyone else have any suggestions?

Hi Lowell,

I bought the SPAL motor from Partsource, so I don't know the model number. Since the original motor was seized, it was hard to tell if it was better.

You can go to SPAL direct and order the motors....they are the same assemblies they use for some tractors.
