I received a letter from FNA with the paint code info several years ago for my GT4.

On the 400i, which is a later version of the 365GT4, the paint code is on a label on the top inside of the trunk's rear fascia panel, right next to the trunk lid striker latch. Also, if you register your car on the Ferrari Owner's Site, it will tell you the original factory paint color on your car.

You can also get a Heritage Certificate from the Ferrari Owner's Website http://www.owners.ferrari.com/ which lists the exterior and interior colors. Get registered and then find the Historic Documents section on how to get it.
