Man, is this guy in for a shock! The engine rebuild alone will cost him more than the car would ever be worth with a flood/salvage title. All of the other parts will result in him having the world's most expensive 400i by a factor of 2 or more.

Of course he is soliciting "publicity" for the magazines that are interested in the car (Psychology Today maybe?), so he's got THAT going for him!
