Interesting, nice except for the door handles-I never liked that detail on the original. It looks like it lost some weight in the process - bet its fast.

I've always liked these 365 conversions myself - a red one came up at auction a few years ago, and sold in the 80's, I think. I think this is it:

My sense is $125K for an open-top vintage ferrari conversion is not an out-of-this-world insane price, but I wonder if the same result can be achieved for less by having a competent chop convert a $50K hardtop. I have no data on this - I'm merely speculating. Perhaps someone in the group has some hard data on conversion costs?

Raab lists 10431 (the cut queen from xs10shl's posted link) as the Prototype Queen. I guess I'm surprised that someone would chop the prototype. unless they didn't know.
