I am looking into the 348 spider that is currently on ebay (Item #578409203) and I am quite surprised about the price, seems to good to be true. I was wondering if anyone had some advice about this particular car or the entire 348 series.
before bidding, I am going to have it inspected by ferrari. I am more interested in thoughts about the 348 series, as a daily driver.

Drew - I don't know much about the V-8s, but find a newsstand that carries Forza magazine - the 'Buyer's Guide' in the new (June 2001) issue focuses on the 348.

A friend of mine recently purchased a spider from Algar Ferrari, PA with 3K miles. A new car for $85K.
I would caution you on the mileage. Service, even on the V8's is expensive. I am from Boston and the local Ferrari dealer has a good reputation.
I think that the price is okay, because of the mileage. A fair deal.
