In case it helps anyone, I had excellent results at Palo Alto Speedometer.  They replaced the chewed-up bezels on my Veglia Borletti instruments with new ones they had manufatured.

The instruments were previously restored at an east coast shop that did a nice job on the guts but didn't have the tools to do the bezels right.  PA Speedo also does restoration of the guts, but I don't have personal experience with that.

I've used Palo Alto for  clocks on a 275GTB and 308GTS plus a Porsche speedometer.  Everything came back great.
