I have an 83 308 QV and it came with the BBS 3-piece rims.  The wheels take lug nuts instead of bolts.  The spare is a "5-spoke" factory rim and doesn't fit because of the lugs - Is there another spare I can carry or another car that may have the same lug pattern ?

sounds like your hubs have been modified with spacers/etc to mount the bbs wheels...

check with the guys on ferrarichat.com,just read a thread on there about someone wanting to mount up 328 wheels on a 308 and those guys know a lot about the v8 cars
