Starting the restoration of a '99 550 Maranello that had an engine fire that completely destroyed the engine and dash wiring. Looking for experienced wiring guy for hugh rewiring job. Car is located in So. California.

That's the purpose of a wiring schematic. You buy the harness, and with the schematic, replace the damaged wires.
Been there, done that, not as bad as it seems.
