There is not much org material known for PF coupe owners.
In the past I could only find the sales brochures and PF part book and the maintananceinstruction.
Now I found some org period 6x6 cm detail negativs of probebly 0891GT in the show room in Milano or Turino.
I will schow them here with some changes they did when the real production started.
for those who reataurated there PF now Peter G. Kerry C. John V. Chris C and all the others.
the negativs come from Ricarrdo Moncalvo.
The same car can be probebly found in the PF bible by Etienne Cornil
But car is publisched WITHOUT drumms and two ear knock offs!
hope you enjoy
Can do this in one day
will be continued

Hi Cornelis,

Thanks for sharing!

This picture answers John V.'s question on how shiny the Borranis were when these cars were new. They look pretty shiny to me! The grille as well.

What can be said about the detailing on pic 1?
The front indictor or parking lights are from Triberti not from Carello.
Orange or red ones were used on German deliverd cars
Triberti can be found mainly on special biuld PF' s( Prince Bertil and Bernard etc)
and standard on Vignale.
See pics below

The S1 did have the moveble up and down attached mirror can be found also on early SWB.
The later S2 PF did get the intergrated map lamp in it

No PF script on front wings btw

This fuellid/door was made like the big competion-alulid priciple: with intergrated cap
PF S1&S2 did have a seprate cap see below.
Also seperate metal part under the dials to arrange the aux. switches

I allways was convinced that the dished -in Borranis knockoffs were used after 1960,
But were obviously available already in early 1958 .
Just got a PM by the one and only Kare P. :

"I have note saying that 0891GT was presented to
public in Milano, so I am pretty sure your pictures
show the car at Crepaldi's in Milano."

best

Forget buying the Ferrari in the foreground in 1958, what about the Cezanne or other impressionist painting on the wall!

Here the possible Borrani's knockoffs in 1958.

on the left the 3 ear on schown on the picture.
The standard diskbrake P2did use the convex 3 ears model
Drumms P1 normally with 2 ears convex all 42's
see below.

The one on the left looked after market produced to me.

Tomorrow more
