GT or GTC Door wedge receptacle

Post by enio45 »

The doors on the 330 cars have rubber wedges that give them support and rigidity upon closing.

The door jam has a flash chrome receptacle for the door wedge to fit into.

Behind the flash chrome receptacle is a plastic gasket that surround the receptacle.

I have seen these in the past available in the clear plastic like the originals, but it has been a while since seeing them.

I have seen them in black plastic - which i do not like the look once installed.

Soo....anyone know where to get the clear plastic ones from?

I searched some of the ALFA sites as well and cannot get a lead where to go?

Some years back when living in Italy, one or more of the alfa suppliers for aftermaket parts
had them. Im trying to find the card i had for them.

Or maybe they just do the black now and that is it.

Ill let you all know as soon as i find them....
