I have seen photos of an airconditioning unit Bill Harrah had fitted to his 500 Superfast (as he drove it mostly in the desert). I believe, if you have those collected magazine article books from Brooklands and etc. you can find a picture of the system he installed. Somehow it was in the trunk of the car with a blower blowing cool air thorugh a large vent in the package shelf.
You'd probably have to own a casino to be able to afford such a system but it looked pretty cool. Best Yale
