One switch was the fuel pump, and the other one was probably the ignition.
The shop radio was on, but the compression algorithm does some pretty nasty things to the audio tracks of this video. I had to post it in mono to stop the flanging! (too much techno babble?) The original version sounds much better, but is too large to post on the web.
