Perhaps this image will be of assistance, seems that there are six (6) 8 Amp fuses, three (3) 25 Amp fuses, and one (1) 15 Amp fuse.
Although your vehicles fuse panel may differ, amperages for given circuits may be similar.

Perhaps in situ dry ice blasting of the upper sump would be a solution to remove the majority of the paint without causing any ill side effects.

With hindsight, and enlarged images it appears that the technical bulletin repair was completed on s/n 11017.
