Source for 330GT license plate frame - US version

Looking for a source -new or used - for a 330GT license plate frame - US version and associated hardware. All feedback is appreciated!

Somewhere I still have the US frame as I replaced it with a Euro one since my car was originally sold in Italy.

I also have the US mounting bracket for a US front plate.
